- Endorsing the Core Funding Mechanism
- Approving the Accelerated Funding Mechanism
- Approving a Resource Mobilisation Plan for 2015
- Approving a Policy on Contributions
- Approving the Operating Expenses Budget for 2015
- Appointing Dr Khalid Koser as Executive Director
- Appointing Ms Carol Bellamy as Chair
